Romance, sweet, period; series but stand alone Honoraria and Phil's story was sweetly told. Honest, caring, characters, strong supporting characters, and fun setting. Loved the tender moments between Honoria and Phil as the story is told from alternating points of view. Sweet fall, and lovely novel. Plus are the fun vocabulary nuggets that JG includes.

A lovely story that grabbed me with the first step of the hero down his staircase. Both the hero and heroine have known each other as childhood friends and start off with these notions. They also have a struggle with preconceived ideas. The hero due to a father’s legacy and death. The heroine with her ideal of a spouse. When they are aware of changes in themselves they work together to try and stay together. I look forward to reading the next book in the series. And I loved the cover!

I enjoyed the book, however the first page of each chapter did not show up as a printed pave, it was plain whites. I was able to listen to it with text to speech feature

I like the the easy style of this romance. There are a few interesting moments and the typical dangers overcome but very sweet

Clean and refreshing story, I think the epilogue could of been about the wedding ceremony included, nevertheless I totally enjoyed the whole book
