I’m an avid reader of Regency Romance. Therefore it wasn’t surprising when I stumbled upon Jennie Goutet and her books. I read her books and loved her characters a lot - for example the Claverings. I also enjoy listening to audiobooks, especially after I’ve read them because English isn’t my native language. Diving into the stories once more is such a treat. The chosen narrator, Stevie Zimmerman, has a great voice. She can be very soothing and is giving all her characters their own voice. I loved how she managed the voices of old men. Last but not least I can vouch for the BookFunnel App. It is easy to use and I liked the ‘library’ and ‘authors’ option on looking for books.
