Tried these out not knowing what to expect, but they actually helped me stay more in control around snacks and sweets. I noticed I wasn’t reaching for junk food as often, which was a nice change. Easy to use and didn’t irritate my skin. Would recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a little extra support with cravings.

Works well for appetite suppressant and craving control. Lost two pounds within the first 10 days, but absolutely removes skin with removal. I’ve tried soap, and warm water to ease removal. I will try an adhesive remover agent, but if that doesn’t work, I can’t see continuing use. I have many skin irritation circles at this point on my body. Not ideal.

I think it’s too early to say but I believe this patch kept me from feeling extreme hunger before my lunch break

My mother purchased these for me. I was skeptical and a little worried since they are made in China (reason for the 4 stars, would prefer if they were made in the USA. I have used them twice without any irritation to my skin. I put it on both times around 2pm because from 2 till bedtime is when I have the most cravings. They have helped tremendously with my sugar and salty cravings at night. They stick very well to my skin.

My cravings have subsided, and I've stopped snacking. Excited for long-term results.

Too soon to tell yet, but I do sense a lift in my mood if that means anything.
