Communication was awesome. As soon as i placed my order for the jetski sled Jess sent through an email requesting my jetski type and tie down locations. This was to confirm the sled would attach to my jetski correctly with the correct length bungees - Great service! Delivery was fast and the sled was really well packaged for transport. I unfortunately haven't made it on the water yet with the sled attached, but I've inflated it and it's extremely durable, well constructed and has tons of tie down points - it's a great piece of kit! Looking forward to using the sled for jetski camping trips and also transporting my dive gear.
