I don’t understand how many I am supposed to have.. I don’t think I am a gummy person. This includes vitamins so it’s a me problem not a product problem. I have been wanting to explore micro-dosing in order to improve anxiety and mood. Holy WOW! So I have body aches ( no sure why but they are such a bother) upon eating only one of this gummies it’s over. I've had these before and got them again yesterday. Not sure what's different but it hit me way better than before. Super enjoyable. I probably should have gone with the strawberry for me, not usually a fan of charry but I wanted to try it. Still good though. Would love to learn how to make these. Even so, I will buy again.
