I made a tea with honey, 1 gram of dream herb and a limon zinger tea, and while I’ve never experienced a more bitter tasting bitter, on night one, I dreamt about 7 dreams, and remembered 3, one lucid. Since using it, even though I haven’t been consistent, I’ve started having 3-5 dreams per night, which hasn’t been the case in years. Please keep this in stock, and when you can bring back the dream root!

I’ve posted my sleep information and even though my mind was active I was sleeping soundly!

So I read that it should be taken at bedtime but didn’t completely comprehend what that meant! I took it at about 2pm and within 20 minutes was exhausted! I thought I was just tired not thinking it was the Dream Herb! Well I laid down while the sun was high in the sky and went into a deep sleep that was a dream state that was like a machine gun movie of pictures thoughts and emotions! All made no sense at this time. As the herb wore off my thoughts came back slowly in a “calculated “ manner… It’s now 6:04 pm and I’m wide awake and at awe!

I mix with boiling water and your blue lotus extract to make a relaxing tea. I do get vivid dreams but as others have stated I wake several times during night

I ordered several items recently. There was a slight mix up in the order when I received it, I had quantity 2 of one and was missing another. The product is great. I had a lot of dreams on it. I just added hot water to make it a tea. It's a good product.
