So I’ve ordered this stuff twice. My first bag I blended it with herbs to smoke. This time around I decided to snuff / tea. I work a night shift from 7-7am, I don’t usually get home till 8 am. This is really beneficial to me because I can drink Kanna tea throughout the night to keep me up. I was nodding off on the highway so I started drinking coffee before I leave for home. The problem with that is I found myself feeling jittery and had hard time sleeping. Now I can take Kanna get home safe and sleep calmly.

I am extra lazy with this stuff, i heat water to almost boiling and i put the appropriate dose of kanna in a cup with tang, to cover the taste and also due to the citric acid making it more bio available

so far i’ve used only a small amount- maybe 2-300 mg a day max and it feels almost like an enhanced blue lotus. i feel an intense calm and noticeable mood lift, as well as a slightly psychedelic effect on colors as well as feeling “lighter”- with the colors being reminiscent of a micro dose of lucy and the lightness similar to a micro dose of amanita’s cubensis cousins (psilo shrooms) . overall i heavily recommend it for anyone with anxiety or depression or anyone who needs to take the edge off - and i plan on getting non fermented next to have a more recreational experience; though i’m eternally grateful i was able to first experience its relaxing effects because i use it all the time to get rid of the stress that would typically encumber me through my daily activities
