They also say it could be hard on the liver? Not sure there are like 4 sides to that story and some say the wild kava on Vanuatu 🇻🇺 is the ones that are hard on liver? Just use slowly please find the right amount without going nuts.

First time trying Kava…
I found it very relaxing and i slept like a baby. This is something i would use if my insomnia returned or just to feel more at ease and relaxed in my skin in the evening. I don’t have anything to compare it to but i’ve heard that MN Nice has the highest quality botanicals. So if i’m going to try something, it’s going to be through them!

I've tried quite a number of kava products. Some are effective, some not so much. Basically, you get what you pay for; and while this is on the pricey side it way over-compensates with effectiveness. Definitely will be buying regularly.
