Microdosing
I’m starting my mushroom journey super slow and began with 2 grams of mushroom simmered in not quite boiling water for 30 mins. I added a few squirts of lemon and drank a quarter of the tea, then another quarter. I have done this for several nights and haven’t felt any effect from the mushroom whatsoever. Excepttt that I’m super exhausted within an hour of drinking and go right to bed and sleep all night. For someone who has struggled with insomnia for over two decades, this feels like a major win. I’m thinking I may be up for more travel now that I’m confident that I’ll sleep on the road like never before! While I was hoping for more of an experience (which might happen at a higher dose but I’m not ready for that), what I found was an amazing sleep tincture! Highly recommend!
