PTSD and chronic pain have left both myself and husband with intractable insomnia, until we started taking 1teas of blue lotus powder as a tea at night. My favorite way is to use 1/2 packet of hot apple cider mix in each cup. It makes it quick and easy to prepare. I really appreciate the quick shipping and the quality of the products! I will be honest the blue lotus extract taste is absolutely disgustingly bitter lol. However the effect feels similar to a head high when I used weed. Very relaxing yet invigorating(?) for night time use.
