I am leading to a month using the anele combo. I am truly happy with the changes I am seeing and feeling. Being a mom and wife who works and studies at the same time takes alot from me and can easily forget to take care of myself admist the chaos of the everyday. But now I feel at ease because Lotus pes takes of me and my health concerns in a easy routine. I struggled with bloating and constipation but heaven behold I am a regular now. My stomach is flatter and soft now. I no longer feel exhausted and sluggish. I also struggle alot with acne but I am optimistic that in no time it will clear out. For now my skin is not as inflamed as beforea and I am happy with that. I am believe I am hooked and now a Lotus pes girlie☺

I’m almost finished with the bottle so it last about almost 2 weeks. I would say it helps in terms of feeling more energetic however I in terms of clearing the skin I have not seen much of a difference. Its taste is not bad at all just keep it in the fridge so the consistency is thick.

It has only been two days taking the combo but I’m already seeing the results regarding my body odour.The sea moss is also easy to digest as I’ve been having problems to digest other flavours.I would gladly recommend this combo.

I love using seamoss gel. The first time I got it was for a family member who had been wanting to try it and she absolutely loved it and it's benefits.
