These are my go-to during flu season. I take a shot every morning and my immune system stays on point. I even give them to my teens and they love it too.
I didn’t expect it to taste good but it does! I take it after breakfast and it settles my stomach so well. Helps with focus too. Wish the bottles were slightly bigger but love the convenience.
