Every morning I have a spoonful of the sea moss and it’s done wonders for my energy, I don’t need to have more than 1 cup of coffee since I started, even without coffee and I love that it also helps with recovery from gym and don’t even get me started on the chlorophyll, it’s done wonders for my skin
I am loving the products, I have good appetite, my Body looks good and the weight fluctuation from the hormonal imbalance is stopping so I look forward to starting my mornings with the products. I will be returning for some tinctures, Tea and a bigger sea moss jar.
My energy levels have improved so much, I no longer suffer from energy drops during midday. Bowl movement has also improved, I’m more regular now. My acne is also improving, which has been my biggest issue of late. Definitely happy with the products and will be getting more of it.

The bloating has drastically gone down, less acne now, normally it would take me 1 week and a half to visit the toilet, ever since I introduced lotus pes my gut is happy seeing me drink and eat the lotus pes products . Hopefully one day I will buy other products.

Okay so I bought the Anele Combo about a week ago and my mom and I have been taking it consistently for about a week now. The combo is doing wonders for my period pains; so normally a week before I’d experience pains and acne and on the actual days of my periods I wouldn’t even sit because the pain would be unbearable but this month I didn’t have any pains prior to my days and on my actual days I just had those uncomfortable pains but it was bearable I didn’t even take pills.
