I use Lotus Pes morning & night, the sea moss gel in the mornings have been such a game changer when it comes to my energy levels & keeping me regular, I have less cups of coffee and caffeine throughout the day because I no longer need it. Loving the sea moss! My second purchase. I do however find the pineapple a bit too sweet for my palate but other than that I'm happy with the product. The berry flavour was not as sweet and I enjoyed that thoroughly.
