I will say they helped me sleep as advertised. However, I had to discontinue due to the vivid nightmares I started having daily.

My gummies arrived as one big blob. Thankfully, customer support was able to ship a new jar, free of charger, right away.

Like others have said these gummies will help you sleep peacefully throughout the night. However, at the month mark of taking these I noticed each morning I was having upset stomach. Having to run back in forth to the bathroom multiple times each morning doesn't work for me since I work the day shift so unfortunately I'm no longer able to take them.

Been taking a week and no noticeable difference yet, but hopeful

I love the product for myself. I only wish the company would reveal whether or not these are safe to give to children.

The gummies helped me sleep. I am unsure if I want to continue after the bottle runs out since I've been having very wild dreams/borderline nightmares since starting these melatonin gummies.

Like others mentioned when I started these I was sleeping through the night but having nightmares. Now that I've cut the dose in half I'm still able to sleep for majority of the night but no longer experience the nightmares.

If you're hoping to sleep through the night these gummies are perfect. The first few nights though you may sleep through your alarm if you haven't already planned for 8-9 hours of sleep.
