For about 5 months I had been dealing with a burning, red rash under my lower lip. I went to the dermatologist a number of times and tried many different prescription creams. None helped. I tried otc creams, too. No use. I came to the conclusion that it was my own saliva/body causing this rash. I read that omega 3 may help. I researched the best products and found this fish oil. I swear on my life, to my very happy surprise, the rash cleared the day after I started talking E&R fish oil. Simply amazing!!!

I've tried other fish oil capsules and they've left my stomach hurting, caused vommitting, etc. These capsules don't cause any stomach issues so I'm confident that they actually digest. Plus, no fish burps experienced either!

Easy to swallow tablets. I also keep them in the freezer so they're fresh and this may have also helped prevent me from experiencing burps.
