Good product

They taste great...Time will tell if they work or not

The gummies taste great. But, I'm not sure if they actually work. My husband, son, and I all take these daily, but we're currently stuck passing around a cold.

When you're taking the gummies daily you'll avoid colds. I had some financial trouble and had to go about 1 1/2 months without them. About 3-4 weeks after running out I came down with a nasty cold. So, just beware, once you start these you'll have to continue taking them.

As others have mentioned these gummies taste amazing. You'll easily be able to add them to your routine to take daily. The problem is determining if they work or not. I have had a cold since I started them 3 1/2 weeks ago, but I guess there could be some other vitamin benefits of taking these. I'll keep trying for another few weeks or a month to see if I notice any real benefits of these gummies besides their taste.
