I purchased these for my husband to try to help him on days when he doesn't have time to make smoothies. They work great for what I purchased them for an he feels as though they help with his physical performance even though he only takes them 3-4 times per week.

The product has been giving me the results I desired. But, the downside is my hair is shedding so badly. The only thing different I've added to my routine is these tablets and I read that sometimes creatine does cause hair loss, so not blaming the company.
