My first time using a cup and I can say that I'm sold! I bought the package with the small and the medium one. For the moment I'm using the small one. At first I had some leakage but after I make sure it was putting well and in place and it worked very well with no leakage at all.

I think o like these periods cups better the the original diva cup. Smooth silicone.very durable, easy to insert and remove.

There is a learning curve with these when first switching from tampons or pads but stick with it a period or two and you’ll love the convince of only having to empty it twice a day!
