My first time using a cup and I can say that I'm sold! I bought the package with the small and the medium one. For the moment I'm using the small one. At first I had some leakage but after I make sure it was putting well and in place and it worked very well with no leakage at all.

There is a learning curve with these when first switching from tampons or pads but stick with it a period or two and you’ll love the convince of only having to empty it twice a day!

I have a heavy flow and these work great! I have yet to leak even on my heaviest days at work. I can go 6 to 8 hours before emptying. It is a little messy to empty but not nearly as messy at the flex discs!

First time user here and I really love this product. Must watch tutorial on YouTube and it makes it much easier to use the cup. The comfort that goes along is incredible I feel fresh all day. I don't have to worried about my pad. I recommend using a liner your not completely safe but a must have.
