I've been using menstrual cups for ten years andnloved them. For whatever reason, a few months ago they started leaking BAD. I'd never had that issue before. These discs were on sale so I gave them a try. It's absolute LOVE. I can't recommend them enough. They're better than cups and I'll never go back.Cups can be difficult to place because you have to get them around the cervix, so if your cervix is high or tilted, they won't work. These discs block the entire canal, so placement is a snap once you get used to it. I find that sliding it in place almost laterally to the floor and the tucking the front under the public bone, rather than angling it upward, is the trick, at least for me.You do have to be somewhat comfortable with fishing around in your hooha and dealing with blood, but that all becomes second nature.I have only used the larger size because my flow tends to be heavy, I'm over 40 and have had two babies, and I rarely leak.I LOVE that I can empty it by just leaning forward and squeezing! It makes having my cycle so easy. I take it out and wash it twice daily, once in the shower and once just in the sink.Do get the washing product because it can get stinky if you don't wash it with some kind of cleaner. I use Lume body wash because I already have it and it won't mess up my internal ph.I got the cold that's going around that comes with a bad cough and had to wear a pad during the worst of is as the coughing dislodged the disc. So be warned, that's a thing. All in all, I can't recommend this product enough!

I have a flex cup but they only have one size so I use these towards the end of my period. They work great they are a bit thinner so they may be a bit challenging if you aren’t used to discs but if you are these would be a great addition.

So, I’m old. I’m 45 and just when I thought I might be done with periods, they’ve decided to become more regular! Albeit pretty light. Anyway, finally I tried these at the urging of my 26 yr old daughter. Weird right? Yep. Seems dumb to buy anymore tampons though. So if you’re on the fence just do it! You can’t beat the price. It’s hard to describe, and there are some things we DON’T talk about, but the comfort/freedom of life with no string…it’s good. Tiniest learning curve RE: installation/removal. Buy these. You’ll be glad you did.

I have a high cervix and I had no problems. It’s soft and comfortable and even works during sex. My man’s packing large and reaches my cervix and he said it was comfortable I got the large. There was no mess! We love it!

The only issue I had was putting it in at first. But once I got the hang of it, it wasn't so bad. It's so much better than tampons or pads! My skin has always been sensitive to pads and tampons have never been comfortable or really worked for my flow... this suits my needs better.

I have used this for 3 cycles now. One time I was at Disney, it was great that I could put it in the day I thought my period would arrive with no worries. It ended up coming a day late but because it's silicon it did not dry me out and there was no worry of infection. When it did arrive the following day I didn't even know until I pulled the cup out right before bed. So for me I am able to leave it in for over 12 hours with no leaks! Incredible. Removing it can be a little weird getting use to. Also if you have a heavy period it might be hard to use in a public restroom to be able to pull it out clean it and reinsert. I have always taken mine out at home or a hotel. I would 100% recommend to a friend!

This disc is amazing. I received it 3 days before my period ended, used the large one (when I probably could have gotten away with the smaller one) for 2 days and then the small one on my last day. This is my second type of disc I’ve used and I prefer this one over the store bought one I tried awhile ago. This one being reusable is wonderful on our planet and your wallet! Way cheaper. And way cheaper than flex too. The material is soft and the rim is softer which I personally like better than the hard rims BUT you do need to figure out how to maneuver it so you can get it in the correct place. Cold water did help for me (I read previous reviews.) once you figure out how to stiffen it and place it it’s heaven sent. So comfortable I forgot about them. They do self empty so I kept checking it not trusting it, but never actually needed to!! Also when removing I definitely recommend what previous reviews said about pushing down on it from inside like you’re pushing for a poop, and then pulling it out. WAY easier. Just some little learning curves and tricks to really utilize this and appreciate it. I’m SO pleased with this, especially because of the price for it and will be ordering more!

Never going back! Buy this, watch tutorials to figure out how to place it and you’ll never go back either! Both sizes work but the large one auto dumps easily and the small one doesn’t because it fits a little better. I find that the large also needed to be readjusted back behind the pubic bone after going to the bathroom, but the small one truly makes me feel like I’m not on my period at all. No fiddling necessary and you can’t feel them at all.You have to learn that these go farther back than a tampon or a cup to get the hang of it, but it only took me 2 days to feel like a pro. I tried one before going to play volleyball on my second day and forgot a panty liner. I was very paranoid because it was a heavy flow day and my first period using a disc, but I had zero leaks. Zero.I only ever had an issue when I place the back of the disk too high and noticed leakage. When I removed it, the blood was on the wrong side of the disc, like I had put it in front of my cervix instead of under/behind it. This is supposed to sit in a totally different place than a tampon or a cup, so early on you may still not understand where that is until you give it a few tries or watch a few tutorials. The GREATEST thing about this is the comfort. Insertion of a CUP is flat out traumatic for me. I could insert it but there was no comfortable way for me to get the freaking thing to open. A friend said to run your finger around the edge and I just literally couldn’t do that because it hurt! If the cup did open, I could feel it all day long. Too much material, too bulky, too hard to remove. I always went back to tampons when I tried the cup. I THINK I must have a low cervix. They say to try a smaller cup, but they’re like $40 each, so no thanks. The DISC gets very narrow for insertion so it’s infinitely more comfortable and you cannot feel it at all.I agree that this disc rim can fold a bit when trying to push it back but again, just keep pinching it closed and you’re good to go.

I used a reusable cup for 15 years. Last year I switched to a disposable disc, preferring them over the cup. This reusable disc fits even better than the disposable ones! I love it! And I love there’s a cute color that might prevent stains over the life of the disc. No shipment issues either.

I ordered the two sizes and the smaller one works best for me. I’ve used disposable ones before and these work so much better! They don’t leak like the softcup disposable ones I used in the past.

As someone used to cups instead of discs, there was a bit of a learning curve(wasn't as easy as I thought to place), but is now a cinch. I find it much more convenient than the cup, and I'm not cramping up like I did with the cup. I definitely recommend this.
