I first "met" Homer after finding a paperback copy of "Homer's Odyssey" at a book swap. Fell in love with Homer and his story then. Now I have several of Gwen Cooper's books featuring Homer, including a new hardback version of the wonderful original story. "Spray Anything" is a great collection of short stories about Homer and the other kitties he hung out with. The vivid detail in Gwen's books brings them all to life, so much that I feel a connection with a little black daredevil cat who I never met.

I felt such a connection to Homer, Scarlet, and Vashti after reading Homer's Odyssey, I was thrilled to see that there was a second book. Gwen Cooper does a wonderful job of balancing the happy moments of pet ownership with the bittersweet ones. I really enjoy her writing style and now I'm on a mission to read all her cat books!

Why? I am a cat lover since a young girl. I have had 10 cats over my life so far and each one has their own personality. My only "Little Girl" cat just passed after 18 years of wonderful with her. I needed some uplifting and funny cat stories and turned to Gwen's books for that solace. Thank you for your books!

I read animal stories when I need Pickens. Not all are created equal, but they all focus away from people: who cause most problems. Cooper's first book Homer's Odysseus, about a small, blind wondercat. It was beautiful, and this collection of "tips" is just as fun. Recommended for animal lovers.

I have all of Gwen's books and love them all. They are so feel good stories and so heart warming. :) I am a huge fan and especially of Homer and Gwen's. I am an animal lover but especially of cats. And anyone who who has ever had a cat or would like to and can't, would love Gwen's books.

I've been reading Gwen's Cat Tales online now for a year. Just like the original Homer book, these are full of humor, drama, love, and of course, cats! I highly recommend this to anyone who feels like they will never have enough stories about Homer, Scarlet, Vashti, Fanny, and Clayton.

Gwen joyously shares with us her experiences of living with cats... She left me nodding in agreement and laughing out loud, especially about the conflicts between an expected feeding schedule and the time change! I only wish the book was longer; I wanted to hear more! Meow!

If you are a cat or animal lover, you definitely should be reading everything that Gwen Cooper writes. Her short stories are page turners and in her typical style, conjure many emotions. This is a great collection to curl up with or gift to another!

I loved Spray Anything. Gwen Cooper is the cat whisperer in my estimation. She knows how cats think. She's right on the money. If you have a cats, and even if you don't, you will love this book.

This book is the 4th Homer the cat book I have purchased and I have read each book 2 times because I enjoy these books so much and am awaiting my 5th Homer the cat book due for delivery soon

Such an enjoyable read of life with felines! Inspiring as well about rehoming shelter cats. Everyone should be so lucky to share their lives with a cat or cats!

This book was amazing just like all the previous books and books yet to come. Wonderful author who captures my attention from start to finish every time!

What's not to like? Continuing stories of brave Homer and his brother and sisters written in a warm and humorous way as only Ms. Cooper can tell it.
