I saw the Ribbon Urine Test on Instragram and gave it a try. First of all, it was very reasonably priced and very quickly delivered. When I used it, it was easy to use and very easy to understand the analysis procedure on my IPhone. The only improvement that I would make is to have a Cloud record available of my tests that I can pull up at any time.

My first attempt I wasn’t able to get the app to accept my photo. I tried different lighting, flash, focus, etc. I got on the chat and explained. They got right back to me and told me it was an internal glitch that would take a couple of hours to fix. I did the test again the next day and it was very helpful- showing progress I had made with supplements over a week period since receiving some concerning lab results from my doctor. It set my mind at ease - especially as I explained the Ribbon Kit to him and showed him my results. AND because I wasn’t able to get results in that first try, Ribbon sent me a whole new kit. Excellent customer service in this brand.
