I love to watch the Resilience Reset videos on YouTube and use the Essential Tools card deck. This podcast adds an important layer. I try too hard since this work is crucial to me. Sometimes it backfires and gets me all twisted up. These recordings really help to bring me to a place of peace instead of failure. It is really a different kind of tool than the others. I used to cringe at the words mindfulness and affirmation but with Dr.Tracey it is brief, easy and effective. Most important iof all, I I trust her intentions with this work and her use of truly scientific research. I like to play at least one a day at bedtime, it helps tremendously to end the day peacefully and fall asleep in a good mindset.

Breathing and Self-Love
This is the meditation app. I have been waiting for. I have been wanting to meditate for quite a while but have been unable to due to severe anxiety and not being able to sit quietly. I started listening to “Embracing Self Love: A Meditation for Self-Acceptance.” I can focus on the words, quiet my mind, and feel immense self-love and self-acceptance with this meditation. I have added the breathing meditation before I get out of bed in the morning. It helps to calm me down. Dr. Marks's voice is soothing, and the meditations are short, which I like. I use the additional weekly content to continue to heal, evolve, and grow with self-love and self-compassion. I am GRATEFUL to you, Dr. Marks, for this app. and the content you provide.

Gratitude for Mindful Moments
I really enjoy this app. The content and inspirational messages Dr. Marks provides allows me to reflect on my own progress as it relates to anxiety, self-worth, and self-compassion. I also find the meditations to assist in putting me in a more relaxed state. The topics that are addressed weekly are much appreciated. It is as if Dr. Marks is speaking personally to me. I look forward to receiving more content in the weeks to come. Thank you Dr. Marks for your creative efforts in assisting your community of followers towards mindfulness and healing.
