I'm having great results with this, better than I thought actually. I give it 5 stars for performance, delivery and customer service, my only issue was having to pay $18 for the online authorization. The process was painless but it did escalate the price a little. Overall a great product though

Thanks for the review! Yes, the $18 payment is somewhat of an inconvenience, we agree, but it's required. Devices sold without that requirement are not FDA cleared devices, some lie & say they are, but that's false. Also, as an FYI, the payment goes directly to a medical professional and not to the StimTens company.

I had to wait about three weeks for the 1100 because it was out of stock, I was somewhat disappointed with the wait time but the device has been exceptional since I received it. It's been great for my anxiety and my sleep has improved 100%, I'm much more awake now during the day.

I purchased a few of these for my practice as an alternative to Alpha Stim. I like the Alpha Stim but it can be pricey for my clients. The Pro. has been a nice alternative and the response has been 90% positive. It would be nice if it included a TENS setting, but it's been easy enough to purchase those separately and use when needed.
