I bought a pair of Hermann thick knee high merino socks after we both saw Lindner Socks on TV. You can't go wrong with merino socks made in Crookwell. My partner is a really cold frog (wearing two pairs of socks at a time) but not anymore. These particular socks were so well made and warm that she only wears one pair of these - of course I had to buy her a couple more pair to get through winter! Highly recommended.

I work in a hot environment (especially on the feet), 12 hr days with heavy work boots, where wool or cotton socks are mandatory. These socks fit the bill perfectly. I would and do recommend LINDNER socks to all of my work mates. There have been a few that have made the change and are happy having done so. The only down side for me is that they do shrink (I have large feet and calfs) just a bit too much and are hard to get on. But once on they are in place they don't generally move.

These are the third pair of these socks I�ve bought .. the other two pairs bought about 6 years ago , still going strong ..very warm and durable .. only slightly warm at the heel They are my favourite socks for wearing with my gum boots and overalls on the , for the days I work on the village farm in winter .. . Toes as warm as toast and stay that way even if I�ve been wading through long wet grass .

Very well-made socks...they tick all the boxes. I ordered knee high socks as I previously had very cold lower legs....not any longer ,they do the trick...warm, cosy and so comfortable. I'll be ordering a couple more pairs shortly.

I am a return customer but this is first time buying Lindner knee high socks. These are fabulous! I am 5'9 and women's knee highs often don't come up to my knees but these do and they keep me fabulously warm at work. :)

I bought the knee-high socks because my shins were always cold in winter. Not now. You can't beat good thick woollen socks, and these Lindner socks are certainly those.

I kept checking the web site for a month trying to get the blue colour always out of stock. So I decided to go with the black only to find they had gone up six dollars. I am pleased to say I ordered them on a Tuesday night and they were there on my door step Wednesday off the next week very quick service five pairs and nice and long. very comfortable just see how well they wear now. I like to roll them over the top of my boots to stop stuff getting in. you just can't find long sox anywhere. very pleased so far

As a predominantly winter longer distance rider. Perfect length and warmth for my calves. At last a product that helps keep me warm.

Gave them as part of a Xmas present, they fit my long tall husband perfectly, very comfortable and well made with flat seams and a beautiful finish. Have yet to wash them but I expect they will be fine.
