I got the ultra thick 6mm pack..
I have tried a LOT of different types of gloves over the years.. From Nitrile, which I like the best, to latex and vinyl (what I like the least).. I have found Nitrile gloves to be the best, and most durable.. But, not all brands and gloves are equal.. For example, nitrile gloves start at 3mm and go up from there.. Most hospitals use about a 4mm thickness for their exam gloves.. so 6mm is pretty thick.. I have also tried some brands that would tear easily, just doing something like painting a room, because of poor quality, and found others that were almost impossible to tear unless you snagged on something rough or sharp..
Trying these out, I found that I could not get them to tear under basic use.. Of course, I was not doing anything using them with sharp edges on anything.. But I did pull and tear at them to see if I could get them to tear, and they did not..
One bad thing about these.. These are not the really stretchy type of Nitrile gloves.. They are a bit more stiff.. not as stiff as vinyl ones, but do not expect a ton of stretch like you get with a rubber band.. This means, get the size that fits you best.. Unlike thinner ones, like exam gloves at hospitals, where if you got a size smaller, they will stretch to fit decently, even through they are a size smaller.. These are not like that.. If you do get a size smaller, expect them to pull a lot more then expected.. They were out of XL, which is what I wear, so I found this out the hard way when I ordered large instead..
Out of 5, for durability, I would give them a 5 so far.. Stretch, I would give them a 3.5.. But just remember.. The tighter they are on your hands, the harder they are going to be to take them off.. So if you are just doing basic stuff, like painting.. Get the exam version.. Working on a car, get the thicker version.
