I originally bought this for when my wife and I watched TV in bed on occasion. I rarely used it, and kept it stored away in our closet. Meanwhile, I was sleeping in the guest bed every night because I snored like crazy. I had a sleep study, turns out I have sleep apnea, the doctors recommended a CPAP... Ugh... I tried it on and couldn't do it. I'm not sleeping with a mask over my face... So one day I decided to try sleeping on the wedge. The next morning, I look over and see a beautiful sleeping wife. This means that I didn't wake her up all night with my snores. She said she didn't have to roll me once. Fast-forward six months, same result every night. *One night she said she had to roll me once* but one night in six months, a single snore, HUGE progress. No CPAP, no living in the guest bed, and best of all, HAPPY WIFE!! I hope this works for some other people, good luck!

After using the flat top pillow one night for my lower legs, I could tell a difference for the better. It arrived promptly and was almost to the full height within a few hours. I wish I had bought it years ago. I will be taking it with me every time I travel and recommending it to friends. I bought the Sleepnitz wedge pillow for my upper torso. They work together well. I use it during the day on top of my bed or couch. Love it! Five stars!

I recently had knee surgery and was told I needed to elevate my legs. This pillow helped with the healing process and was very comfortable. It kept the swelling down. This pillow is nicely stitched and made with a soft material. I continue to use this every night when I go to bed. I even bought a second one for my father who has sciatica pain.
