This wedge looks exactly like picture. The thickness is exactly what I wanted but recommend one not as thick. While sleeping I slide down. It is very well made. I do wish I could buy a fleece closed wedge pillow case for it. IF you have a King Size Bed two will work perfectly. I’m going to buy a second wedge. I will purchase again. I highly recommend. It was packaged perfectly. It arrived on time. 😄 This ended up NOT being what I needed. Started return. Amazon expects me to find a box big enough to hold this huge wedge. It would not fit back into the box the sent it in vacuumed sealed. Then I have to take it to UPS. Most items can be taken to UPS & they package & return item for customer/Amazon. It should state under free return shipping customer has to find a box big enough to return it in. I’m disappointed. 😞

I had cervical fusion on Tuesday and when I got home I couldn't find a way to sit in my couch or sleep comfortably. I bought 2 of these. 1 for the living room and 1 for my bed. They work great for me. I put the one on the couch standing with the skinny edge straight up which made sitting more comfortable and getting up easier. The one in the bed I had laid flat with my shoulders on the skinny end so I am slightly inclined while sleeping. Works pretty good since it keeps me on my back and I don't move too much in my sleep while using this.

It helps my husband with his re-flux at night. It also makes it comfortable to read in bed. Over all it is well designed and well made. I also ordered a pillowcase so that it can be washed instead of the removable cover. Well worth the money and will be very useful.

I ordered this to help me sleep after a back surgery. It mimics being in a hospital bed (except for the hospital gown that rides up over your waist-LOL) and makes for the best sleep under the circumstances. Nice, removable cover that is machine washable.
