Best thing I ever did for my bike
Getting this tires was definitely the best up grade I have given my bike. I ride my bike close to 15 miles a day in the city. I would constantly get flats due to the debris on the roads. Now with these, I don't have to worry about going over a nail, or even broken glass. That's not to say the the tires are impervious to damage, but that I can get anywhere without a flat. So far, I used my tannus tires in every condition, rain, heat, and they work and feel great. I think my biggest challenge was to find the right size to fit my rims, but the customer service at tannus is so great that they helped me find the right set. And worked with me when I had to make returns. All in all, if you don't want flats, and want tires that feel like normal tires, this is totally worth it, the only thing you have to do is have the people at tannus help find the right set.

BEST TIRES EVER MADE
Wow! It’s 2020 and I’m just a regular bike commuter from Louisiana but these are the best tires I have ever seen! Warmed the tires in the sun for 30 minutes then did a COMPLETE REINSTALL by myself in FIFTY MINUTES! At 6pm I had two awful flats, at 7pm I had two perfectly mounted tires that will never go flat again! 5 minutes into my test ride I hit a patch of shattered glass and tile and immediately got my moneys worth! Love love love TANNUS TYRES from here on out!

Unreal.
As a triathlete from Canada, I have had flats on flats on flats. I am no longer worried about that. You still have control in corners at speed without worry of deformation slippage, pinch flat or a tack/nail/screw/glass left on the side of the road. All the traction and none of the worry. Super happy with the pair I bought with lots of colours to choose from. I'll be back for more!

OUTSTANDING!
So much debris on the road. No worries with tannus airless/solid tires! Absolutely love these. Wish I could post pictures of the nails, screws, and staples I’ve had in my tannus tires. No issues! LOVE!

Maintenance free
700X23
It took me two rounds to find the right size, but when I did, I was very satisfied by the lack of maintenance. The tire are very hard to install and are heavy, but worth it because they allow for flat free riding. I ride in the land of goat heads and I fear not with these tires.

Airless Road Bike Tires
I love my airless tires because they eliminate the risk of flat tires on long commutes to work. 25 miles one way from home to work 😊

115 psi solid tannus
I installed the 700x23 on my modified 1970s "Viner" racing bike! I chose the 115 psi so that I could keep my speed up and less drag. They are great! They weigh less than the tube and tire and I do not have to carry a spare tube and patch kit and tools now! I put the tires out in the 100 degree sun and used zip ties to help install the tire. They went on without and frustration. This is my third purchase. I have two penny farthings with tannus rear tires!

Tough but brilliant
I started installing my new Tannus tyres and got frustrated; I wanted to return the tyres so I drafted this message:
---------------------------------------------
Dear Tannus,
Thank you for creating this long-needed product for the world: it's about time!
I received my tyres and began fitting them in a 77 degree fahrenheit room. I can't for the life of me install my new tyres; and I'm a very strong man. I was unable to stretch the tyres around the wheel, so I installed half of the pins on one side of the rim, hoping this would help, but it didn't. Another issue is the inner half of the Tannus tyre, which seems to be too wide and unable to fit in the wheel.
These are the two problems:
1: The Tannus tyres are smaller than my regular air tyres; I attach a photo of the Tannus tyre fitting LOOSELY INSIDE the air tyre.
2. The inner part of the Tannus tyre where the pins insert is WIDER than the pins. I attach a photo.
It seems to me that I need tyres with a wider diameter and a thinner inner section. Do you have tyres which are, say 750, and have a narrower inner section? Could I exchange them? Or do you advise I leave them out in the sun first to see if they loosen up?
Thank you for your help,
Mac

Before sending the message, I gave the installation one more shot and was miraculously able to stretch the tyre around the bike wheel with a herculean amount of effort. Perhaps the tyres already being half installed stretched and elongated them a little, making the installation easier/possible. After laboriously seating all the pins, I was also able to laboriously jiggle the inner part of the tyre into the bike wheel rim so it entered snugly. All in all, it took me about three hours to install the two wheels. Next time, I'll definitely heat up the tyres in the sun.
It's been a few weeks since and I can report that the only downside is the wheels slip on smooth stony surfaces when it's wet, so go slower and pay extra attention when riding on sidewalks or going up onto sidewalks on rainy days. The wheels have performed great; they sit snugly on the wheel, roll well on the streets, and, most importantly of all, haven't punctured. I'm actually glad that they were a size too small and difficult to install, because now they are very tightly and securely installed, and will never fall off or come loose.
Very happy with my purchase and will buy Tannus again for future bikes.
UPDATE: Bought another pair of Tannus Solids. Put them in the sun and they softened up dramatically, making them easy to wrap around the wheel. Unfortunately, I installed pins one size too small and could hear the pins popping in and out of place while riding. Had to remove them with needle nose pliers and reinstalling pins one size larger.

They make riding fun!
I'm an old rider just for fun type, and having to worry about flats on the trail, or fix one before I ride, and keep my tires at proper pressure, was always extra "work", planning and cost, I've actually been using Tannus solids for some time they are great. They eliminated all that extra stuff, I get up get on the bike and go and that's it, and park it when I'm done. They make my riding fun.

Love the tires
Absolutely love my pink and green tires on my pink fixie road bike. It gives such peace of mind knowing I’ll never have a flat tire especially because I usually have a kid in the back. I am sad to see that the color options no longer exist. Should have bought extras when I had the chance.
