Great tires for a WorryFree Bromton M6 (named: Prime Mover)!

I put these on my brand new Brompton M6 - Prime Mover in RED! My Brompton is Black, silver and red. Looks AWESOME with the red tires. I am a heavier rider...loosing weight fast! The tires DEFINITELY need to be worn in. At first they are VERY squishy and feel unstable in turns. This is NORMAL! I now have 250 miles on the tires and they are a DREAM!! Broken in they are stiff and stable in any condition...rain or shine, paved or gravel. It is incredible not having to even think about where I am riding and wonder if I will flat. I don't have to carry spare tubes, tire tools or pump! AWESOME!! Keep in mind, the tires are a WORKOUT to get on! That's a good thing though,...it just means they won't accidentally come off. I HIGHLY recommend getting these tires on your Brompton or any other bike you might have. I ride my Brompton EVERYWHERE. I commute, run errands and will eventually travel with it. Not having to worry about my tires is such a great feeling!!

    Well worth the investment

I recently purchased a Vision R40 recumbent bicycle w/ the 16" front wheel and 26" rear wheel. I purchased a Mini-Velo: 16"x1.25" for the front tire and Razorblade: 26x1.75 for the rear, both Sahara Tan. The front tire was very hard to put on. My husband did the installation for that tire. The rear was much easier and I was able to put it on from start to finish myself. I've taken it out for a ride and couldn't be happier with them. They look great with the blue paint on the bike and most importantly, I will not need a tire kit/pump/tubes. It provides a huge peace of mind. This is the second bike I've put Tannus on. No regrets. Both of my bikes are used for commuting and fun. Mostly street riding, some gravel, some dirt. Will continue to purchase these tires and would recommend them to the every day rider.

    New Wheela for my Alinker

I can tell already how much more I am going to love these tires on my Alinker compared to the tires it came with!!

I’m Still Analyzing The tires but…

They look narrow. They work better on concrete that is flat and smooth. A rough asphalt street or Gravel street is not as comfortable. It is important to note th I am 225 pound adult on a small 16 inch wheel. An air tire would be better for comfort but a tire that you don’t have to inflate is better for an old disabled adult.

    Penny Farthing With Solid Tannus

Great Product!! This is the second tire I have bought for my two penny farthing builds. These bikes are meant to have solid tires. I was running a pneumatic tire on the rear but with the Tannus no more goat head worries. Plus it gives me just the right amount of cushion! I will be ordering two tires for my road bike today!

    Loves these tires!

Had these installed right before Lake Tahoe event. Rode 70 miles on the new tires and loved them. Ride quality is the same as what I had before (gator skins at 100 psi). Loved the idea of not carrying all of the items necessary to fix a flat tire. I will be using these tires going forward on my road bike as I see no reason to go back to tubed tires. Find a local dealer and give them a try!

Well lets begin with, great product!! I bought the tire armor. While you do not sell it in my size yet, i purchased a size up and cut to fit. They feel firm, yet take some of the bumps from trails and roads. The smoothness and feel while a plus, the real reason for buying these was because of glass. Other tire liners give you 1-2mm of wimpy protection. Your liners stop glass before it pops my tube!! I have been spending hundreds of dollars a year on tubes and tires, your liners have put an end to that. While I don't expect them to last forever with as much glass as there is here in the inner city, I have been flat free since installation. I am very tempted to try your flat free tires now. You do make those in my size!! Yay!! " Tannus, the company that saved biking in the city!!!" is what the people of the future will say. I'm sold on these. Great product, keep up the good work!! The people on the motorized bike forums i've told about these, are pretty excited. We've been waiting for over a decade for something like this to hit the market. I'm willing to bet if you design a tire specifically for the motorized bike community, it will have a huge fan fair behind it. Thanks again for the great product, and good wishes to the whole team down there at Tannus. New Fan Phillip M

    Tri bike tannus

I've been riding here in Arizona for 8 years, cactus and glass abound and flat flat flat, bought tannus slick 100lb 700-25c for my Reynolds aero 90 carbon wheels and yeah no FLATS. Yeah at first some rolling resistance but not a lot, just a mile per hour or so, now after riding these for 1 year my leg muscles have compensated for that and I'm back up to speed, so very nice to ride anywhere and not worry about fixing a flat. I'm riding a tririg omni and no quick release levers to stick out in the wind they use Allen bolts for aero, so tougher to remove a wheel and stand the bike somewhere during repair. These tires are holding up well as I've ridden about 1200 miles and can still see the center ridge so they are holding up to the road wear. I'm going to put a set of 700-25c 110 lbs (hard) on my Renovo wood bike with aero 72 mm wheels to see how these work. I drove to Tucson AZ. And had the bike shop that sells them mount them as that was difficult but they did it the same day and for $30. So nice to just concentrate on the ride, not is that tire going flat, they help in training at first then you'll outrun the pack.... Highly recomended super fun to ride... Thanks Tannus

Once you go Tannus you'll never go back

Absolutely love the tires and recommend them all the time. My initial set was the Slick 700 x 23c regular 105 psi. I put 3000 miles on those. They then introduced the New Slicks. I now ride the New Slicks 700x 25c, 95 psi. I've put 500 mi on them. These are even better than the first. The ride is smooth. The handling is great and the grip is excellent. The ride feeling is equivalent to my Continental Grand Prix 4000s II pneumatics and I don't worry or care about rode debris. The weight is within 2.4 oz of the Continentals and my bike lost weight overall by dropping the spare tube, irons and pump. Customer service is great. I recommend getting the P-tool. It makes installation faster and easier. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

New Slick tires on a Felt hybrid road bike

YES! YES! I researched and researched before purchasing. This company not only spoke to me on phone and email, they also helped my bike repairman when he called them as I had ordered the wrong size to begin with. I promptly was refunded when I returned my incorrect set. My bike shop put the tires on for me and when I return for a bike tune-up, I'm hoping he'll be selling these tires in his shop! Great communication from company. Great ride! I expected them to be rougher on the blacktop roads, but they were not. These tires give me peace of mind to ride as far as I want without worry of any flats. Thank you Tannus. Sylvia Nuss, Kansas

    Awesome tires

These tires are awesome and they r the best ever. I went out for my first ride today and can not believe how nice they feel on the road. I am a believer of these airless tire. They are a little stiffer but are easy to get use to. I got the cotton white tires and they look amazing on my bike. I feel like iron man on these tires and will never have any more flats.

    New slicks!

These tires are so great. I previously rode on the 700x32c and although they were easier to install, they were not as smooth and the 700x25c New Slicks with the soft psi. I’ve come to realize the skinnier the tire, the more difficult to put on so I would definitely recommend the c tool. Otherwise it is well worth it for me. Never going back to tubes/tubeless. Loving the anti flat life!

    Peace of mind

Purchased a recumbent trike earlier this year and use it for long rides, including commuting 15 miles each way 2-3 times a week. Changing a tire is not a big deal, but when its raining and dark I'd just rather not. Tannus is not available in my front tire sizes so I can only use it on my back tire. Peace of mind for that one tire is huge. The ride is rougher, depending on the road I sound like I'm talking into a fan. Not an issue, but noticeable. Installation was a bear. Took a lot of muscle. Because it's a trike I didn't notice a difference in the rolling resistance. Bottom line is I'm very happy with the purchase. I just wish i could have it on my front tires as well. Love the color options. Riding is still as fun as ever and now I don't have to worry about my back tire. Appreciated!!

    No more worrying about flats!!

I got a set of these to put on my road bike as I ride in Arizona and you deal with cactus spines, goat thorns, and all sorts of other nasties, even on the paved trails. They have been absolutely fantastic! They feel practically identical to my regular rubber tires in terms of grip and rolling resistance. I absolutely love that I no longer have to worry about topping off the air in my tubes before a ride, and I don't have to carry a patch kit in my saddlebag because I'm not going to get a flat! I got the bright pink tires to go on my bright-blue bike and I get SO many compliments on it! During my last triathlon, I had a bunch of fellow athletes yell "cool bike!" as we raced. It's super fun and makes me look even more forward to taking my bike out on rides.

The best investment I ever made

I cannot express enough how extremely happy I am with these fantastic tires you do lose a little bit of rolling resistance so my top end speed may not be as fast as it was before but my cruising speed is exactly the same I notice all I have to do is put my bike into a lower gear and everything feels exactly the same my bicycle is my only form of transportation I do not have a car I go everywhere with my bike and not to have to worry about checking air pressure having a flat tire just get on and ride and not have to think about is priceless I will never ever go back to a regular Tire again just think about it no maintenance no flat tires no worries this is absolutely the best investment I ever made I love my new solid tennis Tannus solid tires so much when I get the money up I'm going to switch all my bicycles the new Tannus solid rubber tires I would give my new tires and Tannus 10 Stars if I could

    The Best solid tires

This is my 4th pair of solid tires, at first I thought they might not roll properly, especially in the turns, but after a few miles, my doubts disappeared and I felt very safe and happy, especially not having to worry anymore of my wheels going flat. Thank you Tannus for creating the best invented solid wheels.

Getting them on by myself was a bit of a challenge, I found that zip tying each part of the tire that was on the rim before attempting to pry the next section onto the rim was helpful. As for the tires, they work great! I rode them to work and they were covered in goat heads. A regular tire would have been absolutely shredded. It’s a huge relief to have immortal tires now, now I can actually bike to work! I have no idea how I’ll replace them if/when they finally wear out though, these fellas are crazy tough to get on and off, so hopefully they last forever!

    Great experience all around

Having a 20 mile round-trip commute in Minnesota can be kind of rough on your bike. I have my winter bike and I like to take advantage of the road bike when there is no snow. The winter beaten roads were rough on my road bike tires. Installation with the video was completely doable, I wouldn't say easy, but sense of accomplishment was nice. I was getting a flat at least a couple times a week, I've now put about 100 miles on my two slicks and after an odd feeling first 3 to 5 miles they've really settled in and I feel very secure on them. I've recommended a friend who is having similar issues!
