This product always gets me thru a night when I have the flu or a cold� my trusted Night Nurse. I feel drowsy a little the next morning, but worth it to have such a good night. It seems to clear up and running liquids in the nose and makes it so easy to breath Customer services are always helpful and so polite and friendly�. When I first ordered from them online I did not think that the service would be like this. Thank you
