Had to leave a good review for this group. Their customer service is top notch. I bought 4 of these for me and my sons - we like these much more than the water bladders. They do a great job, excellent work Hardside!

This is such a clever thing! My 8 yo daughter loves the idea of drinking from a water pack of some kind and all of ours are a awful to clean and keep spilling. The swig rig -wide mouth fits on our glass lifefactory water bottles. It's marvelous, my daughter's water isn't sitting for hours in plastic, everything is easy to clean, there is no spilling. The straw that comes with it can be cut to any length so this can fit with so many different bottles. I might just need to buy a few more straws so I have all the different length I could want!

Just received and love it. I will monitor how it perform on a freezing day hike. Hope it doesn't freeze.

I ordered a Swig Rig, but there was a lot of bubbles in the flow as I tried it. I contacted the customer support, and they sent me a replacement bite-valve right away. The new one works perfectly! I haven't had a chance to use the Swig Rig on the trail yet, but it fits my backpack nicely. I can't wait to use it. This is an example of excellent customer service. Hardside stands behind their products.

Had an issue with the bite valve, contacted the company and not only did they send a replacement fast, they also sent a 2nd different valve they thought I might like better at no cost. Great customer service! Love the product, no more leaky water bladder for me!

Absolutely love the swig rig set up. So much easier to access than a bladder. Works flawlessly! Couldn't be happier!

This solved the problem we’ve had of not being able to get our waterbottle out of our own side pockets. Water bladders are ok but I’ve had leaks, and you have to dig everything else out to refill. I got the insulated hose and bottle cozy along with the tall Nalgene as a gift for my dad and it’s been doing great. I’m interested to see how well it does below freezing, though I suspect I’ll still get water frozen around the cap where the cozy doesn’t cover.

Great customer service. I had issue with the inner straw coming off. They had become aware of the problem and sent me a new styled one for free. Great product and have referred buddies also.

Thus far it’s been great! Wanted something similar and easy to use like a bladder but I’ve always had issues with bladders leaking after a couple of years. This solves the issue with the badder yet allows me to use the hose like I wanted. Thanks again hardside hydration for an awesome product!

The last time I went to Mount Everest Basecamp, it was a pain to get to my water bottle for a drink. Because I’m going again, I wanted something that would work for my backpack and get the hydration that I need. This has been a great product and has performed above my expectations! I highly recommend it for those using Nalgene bottles, that are hard to get to and their backpack. It was a great buy!

I used this for both a 60 mile hike and a full season of archery hunting. It worked amazing for both. I would recommend these for hiking and hunting. Saves so much hassle of digging out water bottles to get a drink and no concern of a leakage like you get with a water bladder. I love these.

I started w the camelback mtn biking many moons ago, and Always started out wet from condensation, but NO MORE. Used also on hikes and this is a vastly improved system for active lives. I use it to hike locally and hunt in the fall. I opted for the insulated line. Leave the wetbacks behind and go dry w qty options. Spoke w a co rep, maybe the owner, was truly ready to support in all ways. Great company, even though Im a little late to the party. All good!!

I purchased this item instead of using a bladder and took it on a MT back country hunt and so far I like it. There were 2 drawbacks that I had a little issue with, one was that the hose keeps coming off of the top of the lid and the other issue was that the bite valve was hard to suck and get a lot of water. I called Hardside and they gave me options to fix these issues. They have great customer service and were very responsive!

The swig rig wide mouth functions as I had hoped, much better than the standard hydration bladder. I needed a replacement mouthpiece and got an email confirmation it had been shipped before the support chat was even closed.
