In regards to customer service, the company is great!!! And I do love the covers! My only wish is that they had more color choices and a choice of a cover without a texture. However, I originally purchased dark grey. It did not work color wise and I wanted to return it for the light grey. I emailed Nolan customer service and they told me to keep the dark grey covers and they would send the light grey… no extra cost… no fuss.

Love the style of the covers and the color. They have a great stretch which makes getting them on and off super easy. They are very comfortable and cozy and look very cute. My only issue is the fabric can not withstand dog nails. My dog managed to put 3 holes in them on the first day. But would recommend these to protect your furniture.
