I dont know what to say other than, all the reviews are true. It is so brilliant at cleaning you teeth. I feel like I dont waste tubes of toothpaste and use barely any on my dry tooth brush and my teeth feel so so clean. My breath always caught my own attention. I have no bad breath at all now! I do the steps in oral care: brush, swish, scrap tounge, and floss wow I honestly might not see a dentist for a while. My teeth are so much whiter and I feel like I am not working hard for it. BUY this! trust me. I cannot stop I find myself brushing 3-4x a day now.

This is by far the best toothpaste that Living Libations makes, I've tried them all over the years. I've tried to stop using it too because it's expensive but I've yet to find a toothpaste that lives up to this one. I would read Nadines Book on holistic dentistry if you haven't. Healthy fats from high quality sources are essential. I use to be vegan and that was terrible for my teeth. I also got my mercury amalgam removed by a SMART certified dentist. I'm telling you, read her book! It changed my life. I grew up so embarrassed of my teeth and I've completely turned that around. One thing she doesn't mention in her book is mouth taping, that was the last missing key for me. Maybe you want to know this, maybe you don't...I'm thinking if you're willing to spend the money on this toothpaste you are also on a mission. Best of luck.
