Bakuchiol Retinol Alternative Moisturizer
The serum is extremely lightweight and applies well. Typically apply it prior to sleeping alongside a lotion and it leaves my skin feeling softer than usual. The scent is pretty mild, making it a good alternative to many products on the market. Not seeing any issues in terms of quality. It should last a while if used as instructed, thus making the price of he product justified. Recommend for anyone 26 and up!

Bakuchiol Retinol Alternative Moisturizer
I currently use retinol, applying it in the evening, but I haven’t wanted to use it in the morning because of the risk of increased sun sensitivity. Bakuchiol is not supposed to cause sun sensitivity, so now I have a product I can more safely apply in the morning. I still do intend to use sunscreen daily, however. This serum (to me, this has more of the consistency of a light cream) has a fruity, sweet scent which isn’t offensive. And that’s not a purple colored bottle that you see in the picture. This stuff is purple in color, which is a first for me among my various skin products. There is some slight stickiness until it dries completely, and it does seem to require several minutes to dry, but then the skin is smooth. There’s no skin discoloration (you won’t look purple!) once it has been spread and absorbed. I did look all over the box and the bottle, but I don’t see any indication of where this is made. There is an expiration date on the bottom of the box which is 3 years from the date of manufacture (in my case, nearly 3 years from the date of receipt).
