Recently purchased the wild willies heated beard brush. It was nothing compared to the straighting power of the Arkam premium beard straightener brush. This thing heats up super fast and maintains the temperature the whole time you are using it. Came in a quality case to keep it in with a sweet Arkam comb. Kiddo has used it on her hair a few times now and she loved it for her long hair also. Proof is in the 1st pic I included in my review. Left side is after a quick brush sesh and right side is before. Still need to straighten my ends a bit. But you gwt the gist. Buy this now. Don't buy the wild Willie's crap.

I wasn’t sure how I would like this beard brush as I’ve never used one before but I couldn’t recommend it more. Don’t wait until your beard is fully grown out to buy one of these. You can start training it now. I use mine every day and love the ability to control the temp. I take it with me when I travel as well. The ‘before’ picture is immediately after a shower and a light application of beard oil. The ‘after’ is a few minutes after applying the beard oil (I let it soak in while I brush my teeth and comb my hair) and a light spray of heat protectant then the heated brush but before beard balm. Huge difference and keeps getting better the more I train it and the longer it gets. Only been growing it out completely for a couple of months with light trimming occasionally. Love how I can control the temp.

I’ve got a beard, it’s a mess to deal with in the morning sometimes. this hair straightener will relax all those curly hairs and help then lie down. I don’t know if anyone else can tell I straighten my beard hair but some days it’s a must to be presentable at work or in public.

first one from Arkham had modes to it but high mode seemed to hot this one has temp control not sure how accurate it is but this heats up very fast compared to the older model. and the head is bigger seems to glide through beards (well my beard) very good. great purchase, since it is bigger traveling goes a little down its not like a boat oar but its a little bigger. still very nice and I love the temp readout

I max this brush out on 450 and it works like a charm. I have very curly hair and it gets my beard razor straight. Just be careful. If you have wet hair it will produce very hot steam. If you have oil or balm it will smoke up until it burns off the brush. Overall I'm very satisfied, especially at the price point. It's also pretty safe. With a clean and dry beard it will not burn you. The cord also turns in the handle so it doesn't tangle up as easily. I would not recommend for short hair beards, but for big beards it is fantastic!

Is very easy to use. There are even suggestions on how to use it and what temperature you should choose for your style of hair. I saw immediate results from first time use. Use it a couple times a week for more then a month and working great. Would buy again.

I don't think my beard is long enough, but it did work quite well I was more just curious about how it worked.

My beard looks amazin. Like seriously, it's one of the best looking beards I have. But if I don't straighten it, i look ... funny. This is so amazing and i recommend it to everyone with a beard, even if it isn't as glorius as mine.

All the info you need: I was hesitant and I planed on returning if I didn’t like it but now I actually have a full beard instead of an afro on my chin 👍🏾 Make sure you use an oil beard balm for heat resistance, then a gel/cream related balm afterwards for styling. Then go back a shape it up with comb or this brush. And don’t be scared of the 450 degree setting. Thick and curly hair will be fine, and it won’t burn your skin, just don’t press it hard. Comb it out as best as you can BEFORE you use this brush just to be safe and not get snagged. And if you want you can use clippers afterwards to line it up. Don’t go crazy with the clippers! Your beard will still shrink a little when it cools down. And lastly, the oil might smoke a lil bit, but you can just use it in front of a fan on low. Thank me later 💯

Gets hot fast, has a automatic turn off for those moments when you are half asleep and forget to do that. The travel case is awesome and I've put it to good use.

Very useful product and works as it should be, it's been more than 3 years now and it still works as charm.. I wished it heats higher and have a temperature screen but it's ok.

My barber convinced me to buy one of these. Honestly I can achieve the same results from wetting a standard ultra thin comb with hot water and using that, but it's a cool little gadget if you have the extra cash. The goal for me has been less about straightening, and more about revealing the hair that needs to be trimmed. (I have a medium sized beard, not sure it would help short beards, I think it would work much better for long beards)

I have been using this for a couple of weeks now. Here are my thoughts on the product: Good: - heats up quickly - adequate heat to straighten the beard hairs - cord is the right length to work with Okay: -takes a bit of patience to work right. I have to use it over and over for several minutes to get what I want Bad: -button location is bad. If I grip this as a normal hairbrush, the base of my index finger is right on top of the button, so I frequently change the setting or turn it off by accident. So I have to grip this in an awkward way to not press the button. The manufacturer should have installed a sliding cover so the button does not get pressed accidentally. - two of the bristles on the brush have bent sideways. The device is still useable, but it may not be if this happens to more of the bristles.

Has great safety features such as needing a two second press to turn on and off, a display that shows you exactly what temperature it is as it climbs and descends, Not being hot to the touch at all, due to the plastic guards, Having great insulation through the body. The teeth can be a little little bit long for shorter beards. Thus me saying medium to long beards would benefit from this product more. Myself have a medium beard and while it does work well I often resort using up the dryer however they have a different place in my hair arsenal and is invaluable to me. Since the temperature is variable, test it on your own beard I would say starting at our own 325 is a sweet spot - go up or down from there. The higher temperature you go closer to 495 (being the max) the straighter the hair will become. I like to keep a medium heat so that it goes through the butter, but it doesn’t change my hair texture like a silk press in a way. It is very comfortable to hold and use with a plug connector that swivels. Comes with a double sided wooden comb that feels pretty sturdy and a carrying hard-case Recommend this in a heartbeat
