Fitzgerald Gayle
Has great safety features such as needing a two second press to turn on and off, a display that shows you exactly what temperature it is as it climbs and descends, Not being hot to the touch at all, due to the plastic guards, Having great insulation through the body.
The teeth can be a little little bit long for shorter beards. Thus me saying medium to long beards would benefit from this product more. Myself have a medium beard and while it does work well I often resort using up the dryer however they have a different place in my hair arsenal and is invaluable to me.
Since the temperature is variable, test it on your own beard I would say starting at our own 325 is a sweet spot - go up or down from there. The higher temperature you go closer to 495 (being the max) the straighter the hair will become. I like to keep a medium heat so that it goes through the butter, but it doesn’t change my hair texture like a silk press in a way.
It is very comfortable to hold and use with a plug connector that swivels. Comes with a double sided wooden comb that feels pretty sturdy and a carrying hard-case
