It will support a woman's belly, waist and hips, as well as strengthening those core muscles even during pregnancy. In the end it creates better posture (especially during breast feeding and general exercising), and will help you get back to your daily activities more quickly. The whole wrap weighs just ‎181 gm, 28 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm, and uses ‎Medical Grade Elastic which is both Stretchable and Adjustable The makers VIVABELLA have said in their provided information: "Our Postpartum Compression Belly Wrap is designed with your well-being in mind, offering a gentle way to support your body as it recovers, and is your nurturing companion on the path to reclaiming your comfort and confidence". I must add, and this is only in my further example, but it also works great for a guy, (vain such as me !), who is trying to look trim around the chest and waist area. The Wrap is so comfortable, stretches into position easy too and fastens easy. But as mentioned this is in my example only, and the excellent Belly Wrap is intended for Post Pregnancy to Support belly, waist, and hips, and Strengthen core muscles weakened during pregnancy. What's in the box

This post partum belly wrap is very high quality and is quite aesthetically pleasing. I has a lot of stretch, the material is latex free. The velcro area covers several inches to grip to , so given the right size can be made to fit to give the support wanted. The material itself is highly stretchable. When on it is extremely comfortable and you can immediately feel the support that it offers. It was comfortable wearing for extended periods and the support it gave both in the stomach and the back was very noticeable (really noticed taking it off). The wrap itself is quite light (less than 200 grams). This is an excellent supportive wrap.

The Vices

This is a very high waist trainer. I'm a size UK 12-14 and 5ft 4in, and this large sized wrap fits around me perfectly, although the height of it also wraps as far up to reach my bra strap and covers the bottom ribs. It is well made, and the velcro really does hold well. Made of essentially a giant piece of elastic without uncomfortable boning. It can also be hand washed which is ideal. I prefer to wear this over clothes as it has no soft lining and find it more comfortable that way. It is impossible to secure this in a straight way, which means you will have an overhang of velcro also, which would be uncomfortable under clothes. Generally though I find this to be non restrictive and supportive like big hug and is comfortable enough to wear for longer periods.

This belly wrap came well packaged and looks exactly like in the photo. It seems to be of good quality, it is made of soft, breathable material, it is stretchy and it has velcro closure type which is adjustable depending on different body sizes. It is easy to wear it and take it off, I wear it every day under my clothes for a few hours and I can say that it feels very comfortable. This belly wrap helps a lot in posture, in the recovery of the body after pregnancy and also helps during training for faster results.I have chosen size S which fits me well,usually I am size 10-12 Uk.It's a good belly wrap but I think it's a bit expensive.

This came securely packaged and in great condition. There are instructions included and advice on how best to wear it. The material is comfortable to wear against the skin and the velcro is super strong. It offers great support for the belly and back and is adjustable for your own comfort, which can change from hour to hour after birth! It also helps to maintain posture and encourages you to be mindful of your core. I have read about belly wraps, but have only seen the tie up ones. This is so much more convenient and can be whipped on and off in a flash. It is hand wash only, but won't take long to dry, and must be laid out flat during the drying process to maintain shape. The price is a little on the high side, for me personally, at £34.99. That said, it is very good and I can recommend it.

This wrap is a nice fit and feels comfortable to wear. It is stretchy but as it’s a soft fitting belt with no metal or extra firm stretch elastic to pull you in, feels good. It provides good belly support for when you spend time standing, which as a hairdresser is a lot! It is discreet and can be worn all day without feeling uncomfortable, and the Velcro fastening is nice and flat. It’s a good quality item for the money, would recommend.

Pros and Cons

My review is based around the current selling price of £34.99 Summary: If you are looking for a basic postpartum belly wrap then this might interest you. But then for the price you can get something that includes additional support for your back. The effectiveness of this wrap really depends on how tight you wrap it and the material used isn’t as soft or comfortable as it could be. Pros: Lightweight Provides support to a degree Cons: Material is a bit uncomfortable Overpriced Not as supportive as others out there (and that we’ve used)

I found that this wrap has to be worn quite low. The reason for this is that if worn high it can cut into your bust, which is quite uncomfortable. I am only 5'4" tall, so this might have a bearing on the fit. Size wise it was a little tight for my size 12-14 frame (i ordered a size M), but being tight was not really a problem, as you want it to be supportive when wearing anyway. I did feel the benefit of having it wrapped around my midriff, and felt it provided good support and encouraged a better posture, so it does what it sets out to do in my opinion. I have resuced it by 1 star due to the height of the wrap, as mentioned above.
