This book is packed with good information. I have followed this information and had some one on one coaching from the author and I have seen improvements. I've lost 30 pounds. I've had improvements with my depression and energy level. I went from having back spasms at least once a week to no spasms for over a year. I have no doubt I will see even better results when I get myself more disciplined in following the recommendations. I still have an addiction to sugar and that's holding me back from seeing even greater results. Don't wait, get this book now and follow it as closely as possible and you will start feeling better as well.

This book reminds us that our bodies are built to withstand way more than we think if we only stop getting in our own way. The recipes and food suggestions really ignited some much needed inspiration in my health journey. Achieving balance has been really hard for me, so one of my favorite things that the author shares is that exercise does not have to be strenuous to be extraordinarily beneficial.

What a great read on understanding alkalinity and how to get Alkaline. This book goes it to great detail and includes meal plans. My favorite section is about satisfying my sweet tooth as I struggle with that the most. I highly recommend this book and also to get as a gift for your loved ones

I was particularly attracted to the fact that cancer can’t live in an alkaline environment! This guide was easy to understand and follow! I became aware of how important minerals are to the whole alkaline process! It gave me a great intention as I continue on my healthy path!
