The insulation works really well. You can wear this in 50 degrees and not be hot, and also in the 20's and not be cold. Very soft, pretty quiet. Versatile for different types of hunts.

Although I also hunt in this, I wear it skiiing and its great. It seems to be warm but release excess heat so I don't get hot during skiing

Very toasty warm. Sometimes I even put takeout food under it in the passenger seat to keep it warm on the way home

I will wear this for duck hunting and deer. The windproofing works well, which is what makes you so cold usually.

Water repellent (don't go underwater in it, it sheds rain and water well) and dries quick with the primaloft
