Because they increase nitric oxide in your body (a good thing), lower blood pressure (a good thing if you're on the high side), and have so many vitamins and minerals packed in them.Listen, if you can eat beets, eat beets. If you can't, supplementing with a high-quality beet root powder or supplement is a good way to help your overall help.I've been on these for about a week and I have not noticed any side effects. Nothing incredible to report because I'm already working hard on my diet and exercise to keep my blood pressure normal and my nitric oxide high.Taking this is more about giving my body the good things that beets have in them without having to go anywhere near an actual beet.If you're like me, try this out and see if it helps give you energy and lowers your blood pressure.If you already have low blood pressure be careful and monitor your BP so you don't go too low.
