I have titled this because I am pretty sure these are a 00. They are fairly large and ai know that can be a deal breaker for many people. The capsules are "clean" which is such a plus for us. Good deal for the price, beets are so good for the body. Be aware these are not a good choice for those who have to watch their sugar levels

What a great convenient way to get those beets in. Serving size is 2 capsules a the bottle contains 60 easy to swallow servings. I love that it’s organic and non GMO. This company has a love it or return it policy for these supplements. Beet root is a great source of:Folate(B9), Manganese, Potassium, Iron and Vitamin C. Beet root is good for blood circulation and also to lower blood pressure. It’s been known to alleviate inflammation, boost athletic performance and possibly help fight cancer. It can also feed the good gut bacteria. But take caution if you have IBS or are prone to kidney stones. Always consult a doctor before taking anything new especially if you have existing health issues and are on medication.

I've been using these 1200 mg beet root capsules for about a week now and have added them to my daily dietary intake.I'd like to add more beets to my diet because they're high in antioxidants. Beets contain many of the vitamins and minerals present in root vegetables. Many nutritionists recommend a varied diet with vegetables of every color for variety. Red beets are an unusual color in the world of vegetables.I like these capsules because they're easy to take, organic, have no GMOs, and don't contain any fillers. I may not be able to eat beets everyday, but I can add this supplement to my diet!

Honestly, I like the taste of beets with a little butter, or better still, in a salad, with a sweet vinegar pickling spice but for convenience and the sake of consistency, I’m taking the beet capsules instead.Studies suggest that beet juice is high in inorganic nitric oxide which helps to regulate blood pressure and produces anti-inflammatory effects on our system as well. These capsules contain 1200 mg beet root juice blend and it’s suggested that 2 capsules daily is an appropriate dosage.

The beet root capsules seem a little big but most supplements seem big to me anyway so it's no big deal. I suppose the higher potency this has means it needs capsules with more room since more space is needed to hold the extract.These are definitely made using concentrated beets because I can smell the vegetables scent instantly from my opened bottle. I don't eat beets since I don't like the texture so these are good for anyone that's like me. 5 stars beet root supplement. Thank you for your time with my experience, I hope it's helpful.Take care!

Our family has a history of cardiovascular issues so it was recommended I take a Beet Root supplement. I've been researching more about it and everything I read is all positive regarding the benefits. I started taking this supplement for a couple weeks now and so far have no bad side effects. I can't say exactly that it's working either but I will continue to take it since it's a great insurance policy on bettering your health.

I've been surprised at the effect I have noticed from the Beet Root. I've felt less inflamed, but not yet experienced more energy or stamina. These pills seem the same as ones I purchased locally and I will keep taking them.
