I purchased this heavy duty picnic table after researching other companies who make a very very similar product line, and I did so primarily out of trust for the Amazon brand being behind it. This company, coated outdoor furniture (COT) has not been around nearly as long as at least one other brand, who sells virtually the same table for the same price with free shipping. I gave this three stars to advise others that though the product may be good there were many caveats to the customer service provided that could've ended up as a big problem receiving such a large and heavy item at one's house. I made several inquiries through Amazon messages as well as directly to the company via email. Most of my questions were never responded to and the ones that were were simply the easiest for them to answer. Their website is very basic and simple and their instructions are poor and do not even provide the obvious answer that you need a 1/2 inch socket wrench and open end wrench for assembly. I had asked this of the company and all they did was send me the instructions which I already had. I asked questions about shipping and was told that's out of their control and not part of their company so that's up to me. When I asked about the dimensions I might be expecting related to box sizes or weights I was told they cannot provide that. They simply said it weighs around 250 pounds. Had I not called the shipping carrier myself and asked many questions I would not have known what I needed to prepare myself for. While the final product appears fine, I can't in all honesty say that this "family owned" customer service friendly, company provided what was needed for such an expensive and large purchase. I would recommend anyone seriously considering a similar product to do the research. I was quite disappointed in the customer service provided by this company. It seemed as though this company relies solely on the product selling itself but don't expect much from the company beyond receiving their money and shipping it out in a very timely fashion.

Nice heavy duty table that should last a long time. Unfortunately there were bolts and nuts missing which required a trip to the store.

I purchased the 8 ft. expanded steel mesh picnic table. It arrived on 6-20-24. It was scheduled to arrive 6-24-24 through 6-28-24. I did not receive notice, either by email or phone that it would be delivered 4 days early. I happened to be home, so all turned out well, but it could have been a real problem, as the table was delivered by an 18-wheeler and the package required a signature. I doubt that the driver would have made another trip had I not been home. The table appears to be very high quality and sturdy. I anticipate that it will last many years. I also like to support products made in the USA, as this table and the outdoor bench that I bought a couple of months ago from Outdoor Coated Furniture were. However, I must add some constructive criticism. The assembly instructions were among the worst I have seen, with numerous errors in grammar and spelling and no step-by-step illustrations accompanying the very brief, poorly written and sketchy instructions. I include a photo of the one-page parts and assembly sheet. (Who misspells “washer” as “waher” twice and fails to proofread or correct it?) I have seen better assembly instructions accompanying products from China, although I doubt that many of the foreign-made counterparts would equal this product in quality or durability! I don’t expect to have many problems assembling the product, but I would expect better instructions with such an obviously superior product. Rewrite your instructions with step-by-step illustrations so I can give it a 5-star rating! *Edit: I assembled the table. It is attractive and sturdy. I believe that it will be a valuable addition to our backyard decor for years to come.

Sturdy w/ strong hardware. Had a few spots coating was missing and a few spots where sharp metal was protruding but coated.

I would have given it a 5 star , but we are missing 2 washers (black) when we put it together, so my husband had to come up with a few that were silver. Someone slipped in the factory. Great table however and I love the blue color.

The picnic table looks like it will last for years to come, unlike the wood one the disintegrated after just two. It is very sturdy once put together. Make sure you have at least 2 people to put it together. The directions are awful. You'll need 1/2 inch wrench and socket wrench to put it together, along with a level. You can see in one of my pictures that there were significant gaps where the pieces didn't line up. One person had to push and pull them closer together while the other one tried to get the bolt attached. Once threaded on there the socket wrench helped to close the gap the rest of the way. The table top is slightly rounded from side to side so anything rounded in the middle of the table will roll to one side or the other. Still I am very happy with the product overall. Given then significant price I hope it lasts.

Just got it yesterday and assembled it today. Assembly was extremely easy and took about 45 minutes. It looks great as well as very strong. I am sure it will last a lifetime.

Product was delivered earlier than expected so our clients were very happy. Great quality!

Shipped fast and well packed. Very strong and well made. The bolts are all the same length and a little to long.

Love this table!! Very well built and am happy we went with the ADA version so we can either use the ends for more chairs or for a small bbq.
