There's a lot of long screws to screw nuts on to. The thing is the nuts are locknuts, so you can just spin the nuts on by hand, each nut and bolt is a project. Also, the instructions are not detailed and don't have any pictures or diagrams showing how things should go. Other than that, I just got it and it looks sturdy and seems comfortable from a 30 second sit.

This company has NO customer service. Two bolts were glued together. The assembly instructions were useless. They do not respond to calls about bad items. They give you the exact number you need so I was short two bolts. Not. Happy after spending that amount of money to have a response like that.
