We were given a hop and roll set as a gift and can say it was a great one. This is something that is very original and fun to do. Instructions are very clear and quality of the kits is great, definitely recommend.

The most brilliantly easy to follow instructions with pics. I wish my ikea order went together this easily. Loved the hopper mix. Didn’t take a picture as was eating them, I need more hopper pans to cook them at speed.

Great to have the right pan, we might not be able to get to Sri Lanka just now but with this kit you don’t need to. Really simple instructions and even the first one turned out right. Everyone loved them, looking forward to next batch

I ordered this starter kit with pan and was thoroughly impressed. The instructions were easy and clear and I must have done something right as, apart from the first one where the gas stove wasn't quite high enough, every single one got wolfed down leaving only one for me! I thought that perhaps the pack that makes 20 hoppers would be too much, but no. I think I could have cooked them all night long and they would have been eaten. I served them as the 'carb' with a curry and the spongy loveliness in the centre acted to mop it up! I'm going to try again soon and try the egg hopper. But frankly I wouldn't care what was on them..... buy the kit, you won't regret it!

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the hoppers. I have a Sri Lankan wife whose family I wanted to surprise by making hoppers for them. I expected the surprise alone would be welcome but did not count on us loving the hoppers as much as they did. It was such a treat and better than I could have imagined. I have nothing but praise for the detailed instructions and quality of the ingredients, and it may have even convinced my mother in law to dust off her pans to make string hoppers for the first time in year.

We have tried making hoppers in a small getting pans with mixed results. Having the correct pan for the job and clear instructions made a huge difference. Thoroughly recommend.
