Love these tires!
This is a product that all tire manufacturers should be watching. Bicycle manufacturers should consider these as standard on their road bikes.
Use: Paved/Country roads
Rims: Carbon. Not a scratch from install/pins
Install: There are a lot of videos/concern about installation. My installation experience really wasn’t more difficult than installing a tube or tubeless tire. A lot less mess too. I watched the video, warmed the tire, used the provided tool to seat the pins. Made sure the tire was seated along the rim.
Feel: I purchased the “hard” compound in red from the European Tannus site because the USA site only carried black. When installed they have slightly less bounce than an air tire but they feel the same as my old tubeless road tires when inflated to 90 psi.

Actual Product exceeds description
I put these on my commuter bike and mountain bike. I'm big, 230 pounds, and these stop flats. Also, the armor itself makes cushion of perfect firmness for riding. It feels like a grippy pillow. Hard to explain, but they feel grat and perform great. These are great. Putting them on all my bikes.

Saving my Wallet
I bike around Albuquerque, NM where sandbur thorns are commonly found on the roads. I bought a pair of the 700x28 Semi-Slicks after going through 3 inner tubes in less than a month. These solid tires have already paid themselves off by the replacement tubes I haven't had to buy. Now the rides are not as comfortable as a traditional air-filled tire and I have to work a little harder peddling on inclines, but I don't really mind that, and from all the sandburs that these tires have already picked up that would have caused me to have a flat, I can't complain. These tires have given me peace of mind and are saving me money in the long-term.

Absolute win on a handcycle!
I am paraplegic and ride a trike handcycle. Getting off my bike onto the ground and fixing a flat is getting harder and harder to do as my body ages. I put these tires on my bike a bit over 2,000 miles ago. LOVE THEM. The piece of mind these tires give me is beyond my ability to express. Just amazing.

Very, very worth it.
OK, for starters, these things are IMPOSSIBLE to put on. Unless you read and follow the instructions. When you actually follow the instructions, they are really not very hard to install. I put these on the rear wheel of my ebike, on a WTB wheel. So the spokes are asymetrical on the rim, and I tried to put the tire on the side that didn't have spokes. It was impossible. I read the instructions on the Armour, looked again at the rim and realized that I needed to put it on the side that had the spokes so that there was a little more space along the spoke holes. It was a LITTLE harder than putting on a regular tire.
Functionally, these are incredible. I didn't pump up my tire enough and this thing rolled an entire ride and prevented what should have been a billion pinch flats. I can now roll with lighter pressure without fear of a flat, and I'm a big guy on a heavy ebike. These are FAR BETTER than I expected. I'm now putting them on my cargo bike and I'm looking into all other Tannus products. Their airless tires are also EXCEPTIONAL. I'm beyond impressed.

Tannus Tubeless Pro inserts installation
I have to admit I have always been a bit skeptical about installing tire inserts. A lot of what I read previously was there is a nightmare. Then I found Tannus. Spent a good bit of time reading reviews and watching various YouTube vids until I felt comfortable enough with purchasing for my trail / downhill bike. The installation process was pretty straight forward. I run downhill casings on my Maxxis tires so that in itself is a joy bead wise. But I knew this going in. I got the bike in the stand, started with the back and then the front. Just popped the bead on one side which allowed for my to get the inserts in and center. Seated the bead, topped of with sealant and repeat. Only issue I had was with the front wheel. After insert installation and mounting, I noticed some wobble. Removed the valve core and worked my finger around the wheel ensuing the the insert was centered on the rim. Popped the bead back, added sealant and air and we were a lot closer. Turns out I had to true the front wheel in the end. I consider myself an accomplished amateur bike mechanic doing everything to maintenance to complete builds. That being said I would say that working with the Tannus project would be something anoyone with basic experience could undertake. Have patience and have spare tire levers (depending on the thickness of your casing).

WOW!!!!
WOW! I immediately noticed how much softer my ride is and can feel a real flow difference on my commutes! I converted stingray chopper into an ebike and caught a flat on my back 20x4.5" tire. Upon my first ride after install it's like riding on a pillow!!! The smoothness as I go over bumps is insanely soft and such a great piece of mind to know I have added puncture protection! I am officially a tannus family member super fan! Wish I found this sooner, 11/10, this is superb quality and worth EVERY penny!!! Do yourself a favor and grab these NOW!!!

Armour inserts on 4” tires
Great Product! Called customer support to make sure of the correct size to order. They were very helpful and gave me the suggested size. Ordering was easy and my inserts arrived pretty quick. I was a little concerned about installing them but it was a piece of cake. Not sure how they will protect my tires because I haven’t done that much riding since I installed. One thing I can say it seems my ride is much smoother. I’m vey happy with this purchase.

Armor Inserts For Added Thorn Protect!
I was getting tired of having to deal with the thorns that were creating small hard to find holes in my tires and tubes. These Armour inserts are ideal to stop that from happening. They add another layer of armor to the tires, before anything would pierce the tube.
Installing them, is not really difficult, if you take the time to think about what you are doing, and simply paying attention to the details, and working the insert, with the tube in place around the rim at the same time. Then once it is in place, I kind of squeezed around the tires to make sure everything seemed to be seated properly. So far so good. I've gone over some areas that thorns would definitely have been an issue without the Armour inserts, and these held up with no issues at all.

so far so good
I bought a set of these for my son's fat tire ebike after 3 flats inside of a week. He uses his ebike for commuting to work. He has caught glass and somehow what looked like a thorn. My local bike shop told me about these Armour inserts, so I bought a set. The install took me about an hour. The most trouble I had was trying to get the valve stem through the hole in the rim. The Armour was slipping right over the hole. Finally got it. I found it easier to leave the tube deflated to insert it into the Armour and into the tire. I did notice after pumping the tires up, the tire was out of round so I deflated them almost flat and massaged the tires which apparently seated the tube better. My son says the ride is much better and softer. We originally inflated to 15lbs but with the Armour, seems more like 10lbs is hard enough. The manufacturer says 30lbs without Armour so this is kind of see what is best as you ride.

Invincible
Getting them on by myself was a bit of a challenge, I found that zip tying each part of the tire that was on the rim before attempting to pry the next section onto the rim was helpful.
As for the tires, they work great! I rode them to work and they were covered in goat heads. A regular tire would have been absolutely shredded. It’s a huge relief to have immortal tires now, now I can actually bike to work! I have no idea how I’ll replace them if/when they finally wear out though, these fellas are crazy tough to get on and off, so hopefully they last forever!

500+ miles, one spike later
I got my first set of Tannus solid tires nearly 3 months and 60+ rides ago. They are great. I never worry about a flat, and they honestly don't feel any different from what I had been used to with tubed tires. In other words, I didn't feel any weight difference. Normally, in this (summer) time of riding, I would have gone through at least one new tube and one new tire (plus multiple patches). But now...none of that. I ride on paved roads in the Appalachian mountains, and these are great. And just the other week, I was riding when I suddenly felt something "klicking" under me. I stopped, and I saw this 2-inch spike (flat-sided, no-head flooring nail) sticking out of my Tannus tire. I got a pair of pliers, pulled it out (about 3/4 inch was outside the tire, about 1-1/4 inch inside!), and I really couldn't even see where the nail had been. I got back on, went on to complete my ride, and have ridden another half-dozen times (so far). With the Tannus tire, that nail never happened!

Not easy to install
Definitely not a 1 person install with our aid. I had to pre stretch it using ratchet strap on one end and trailer hitch on other. Used this to keep it stretched while installing it onto the rim. Snapped inserts into place onto the rim using a screwdriver. Rides well and looking forward to no more flats. I would buy again.

Didn't get Screwed
Third week on Tannus tires and the picture says it all. Great commuter tire. I was using a larger tire to reduce flats, but the mud would bring me to a stop due to lack of tire clearance. Tannus 28mm run much smaller (like a 25mm) than my Continental 28mm, so there is plenty of clearance now. Good ride quality
